
This role is pivotal in fortifying client relationships and ensuring their journey with Create/Captivate is seamless and rewarding. With the potential to evolve into a full-time position, this role is integral to our company’s growth and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth client prospecting and onboarding processes.
- Conduct Discovery Calls with potential clients.
- Swiftly produce Proposals of Services and effectively walk potential clients through proposals, answering all questions they may ask about services, scope of work, pricing, and how we work.
- Collaborate closely with Create/Captivate team members to coordinate project efforts.
- Assist team members in project organization.
- Extract and document project requirements from clients.
- Ensure projects remain on track and clients stay motivated.
- Conduct customer retention calls, gathering feedback and testimonials post-project completion.
- Engage with clients biweekly to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Unearth new business opportunities and avenues for growth.
- Recognize and promote additional Create/Captivate services that can further benefit clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of projects and client interactions in a CRM.
- Provide one-time service clients with Project wrap-up packets upon project completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for client success.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An innate ability to grasp our extensive service offerings and articulate their benefits to clients.
- A proactive problem solver, capable of swift and effective decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- A self-driven individual with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Requirements:
- Max of 15 hours of work per week to start.
- Work in a hybrid environment with a set schedule in our Norfolk VA office.
- Strong knowledge of CRM management (Hubspot is a big plus!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our pay range for the Client Success Manager position is $26-$32 per hour, depending on experience. This is an in-house, employee position. We do not white label our services and do not outsource our work to 1099 contractors or subcontractors.
