As our Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for creating a variety of content for our clients, including social media posts, website copy, email marketing campaigns, and blog posts. You’ll also work with our team to develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients’ business goals.

Part-Time Copywriter at Create/Captivate

Responsibilities

• Compose engaging and informative copy for a variety of clients, including social media posts, website copy, email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and more.
• Use AI tools like Chat GPT and Google Bard to generate and assist with your writing.
• Work with SEO tools to determine SEO friendly keywords and phrases.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all copy is consistent with the brand voice and messaging.
• Proofread and edit all copy before it is published.
• Write social media posts that make people laugh, cry, and share.
• Craft website copy that converts visitors into customers.
• Ghostwrite blog posts for our clients that make them look like thought leaders.
• Help Create/Captivate market its own services with your witty and persuasive copy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones.
• Experience with AI tools like Chat GPT and Google Bard is a plus.
• Experience with SEO tools is a plus.

Requirements:

• Max of 8 hours of work per week to start.
• Work in a hybrid environment with a set schedule in our Norfolk VA office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
