By checking the box at the time of your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms laid out in this cancellation policy. All tickets purchased for Create/Captivate Digital Marketing workshops are nonrefundable. This policy helps us manage our resources and planning more effectively to provide the best possible experience for all attendees.

If you cannot attend the workshop for any reason, we encourage you to transfer your ticket to another individual. Ticket transfers may be done up to 7 days before the workshop date at no additional cost. Please contact us at success@createcaptivate.com with the name and contact details of the original and new ticket holders.

No cancellations or changes are allowed within 2 business days of the workshop. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize preparations and commitments based on the number of registered participants.

In the unlikely event that a workshop is canceled by Create/Captivate Digital Marketing, registrants will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days of the cancellation announcement.

If you are unable to attend due to extraordinary circumstances, such as severe illness or a family emergency, please contact us at success@createcaptivate.com. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
